Friday’s commitment to Food Safety has lead to the development of a global Brand Protection team which provides the tools, training and awareness to drive and support food safety and product management. Our Focus is on the quality, safety and consistency of the products we offer our guests and with Farm to Fork involvement, Brand Protection addresses every aspect of our global food chain, including vendor selection, product standards, in-house product handling and management, and even the careful presentation to our Guests.
