The cost of real estate varies greatly country to country, as does the cost of construction. These graphs are a representation of four construction categories directly related to T.G.I. Friday’s Development: Equipment, Furniture, Memorabilia and Signage. The graphs shown illustrate an average of how these categories vary across the globe, as well as indicates the average investment in each category over the past 12 months for new T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants and should be used as such. An accurate cost of real estate and construction cost should be researched locally.
